At Living It Up, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller accents, simply drop off the package at any authorized shipping point using our prepaid label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
